Mr. Lin is a lawyer and partner at Long An & Lam LLP (“Long An”) and a founding partner of Long An Trust, primarily responsible for its corporate and commercial division. Long An is a full-service law firm headquartered in China with over 30 branch offices and 2,000 lawyers.

With over 15 years of legal experience in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia and Hong Kong, he provides a wide range of services to clients worldwide, including listed companies and individuals. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, particularly complex corporate and financing structures, including fund establishment, company listings, and fund trusts. He also assists families in establishing family trusts and provides related legal and litigation support.

In terms of academics, Mr. Lin has completed two bachelor's degrees and six master's degrees, including a master of law (company law and commercial law), focusing on the debt capital market and fund field, demonstrating his solid theoretical foundation and practical ability.
