Mr. Li has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management in Asia, the UK, and Canada, possessing a solid and comprehensive professional background.

He was responsible for the management of Carlyle Group's real estate fund's commercial property portfolio in mainland China, covering areas such as asset optimization and upgrading; he also held several management positions at JLL and DTZ, accumulating rich industry experience.

In terms of academic and professional qualifications, Mr. Li graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Science degree in Surveying and from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
