Mr. Li is the founder of CyberOne AI Limited and CyberOne Robotics Limited, and has a deep collaboration with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in the field of technology, focusing on providing business solutions for PropTech and FinTech institutions.

He has over 25 years of experience in real estate development in both Hong Kong and mainland China, and has held key positions in several Hong Kong-funded real estate companies and the globally renowned real estate consulting firm CBRE. Mr. Li is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE), possessing a solid professional background and combining an international perspective with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
