Mr. Chan has over 18 years of professional accounting and risk consulting experience, with expertise covering accounting and auditing, internal control and risk management assessment, taxation, business valuation, ESG reporting, financial due diligence and investigative auditing. His clients are mainly listed companies in major capital markets such as Hong Kong, Mainland China, the UK, and the US.

Currently, Mr. Chan serves as the Managing Director and Founder of CAX Risk Advisory Limited, and concurrently as the Consultant Head of Shuangfa Consulting Limited, responsible for the company's strategic development and overall business management. He leads the team to provide professional services such as risk management, internal control audits and ESG reporting to Hong Kong listed companies.

Previously, he served as a director of Elite Partners Risk Advisory Services Limited, where he founded and managed the risk advisory department, leading risk management and internal control audits for over 100 Hong Kong-listed companies, and ESG reporting services for over 30 listed companies. He also assisted numerous companies with Hong Kong IPO internal control audits (PN21) and related professional services for resumption of trading, and provided professional support to Hong Kong and Cayman funds in areas such as accounting audits, fund valuation, and dividend distribution.
